Libre Litigation Inc. uses artificial intelligence — powered by Anthropic's Claude and MyCase — to serve you faster and more thoroughly. Here is exactly how it works, how your information is protected, and how you can opt out at any time.

Opt out at any time — your choice, always
Consenting to AI use is voluntary. You may withdraw it whenever you like, for any reason, with no penalty and no effect on the quality of your representation. Email contact@librelitigation.com or call your state office to opt out.
The AI Tools We Use
Every tool in our AI stack is reviewed and approved before it touches a client matter.
AI Research & Drafting Assistant
Claude (Anthropic)
Claude, developed by Anthropic, is used through our Claude Enterprise workspace for legal research assistance, document drafting, summarizing case records, and reviewing correspondence. Our Enterprise deployment is governed by Anthropic's commercial terms of service, under which case data is not used to train AI models.
Case Management Platform
MyCase AI
MyCase is our secure case management and client communication platform. Its built-in AI capabilities help organize case files, draft messages, and summarize activity within your matter. Your client portal remains accessible at all times through MyCase.
Approved Integrations
Third-Party Connectors
We use vetted third-party connectors and integrations (such as scheduling, payment, and communication services) that link into MyCase and Claude. Each connector is reviewed before use, and only the information reasonably necessary for the task is passed through it. If a new AI-powered connector is added, we update this page.

- Communicate with the court on our behalf
- Replace the judgment of a licensed attorney
- Process your matter without human oversight
AI-assisted work is always reviewed by qualified firm personnel. We verify citations, confirm facts against the record, and correct errors before any document leaves the firm.
Protected by Claude Enterprise
Our AI research and drafting runs through Anthropic's Claude Enterprise — a business-grade deployment with contractual safeguards that go far beyond consumer AI products.
- Case data processed in our Claude Enterprise workspace is not used to train Anthropic's AI models.
- Enterprise-grade encryption protects information in transit and at rest.
- Access is restricted to authorized firm personnel working on your matter.
- We share only what is reasonably necessary to complete the task at hand.
Attorney-Client Confidentiality
Technology never changes our professional obligations. Every AI workflow in this firm operates inside the boundaries of attorney-client confidentiality.
Attorney-Client Privilege Preserved
AI tools are used as assistants under attorney direction. Your privileged communications remain privileged, and AI processing does not waive any protection the law affords your case information.
Duty of Confidentiality
Our professional duty of confidentiality applies to everything we do, including work supported by AI. All firm personnel and platforms operate under obligations consistent with that duty.
Vetted Vendors Only
Anthropic, MyCase, and our other providers are bound by their own privacy, security, and data protection commitments. We do not connect tools we have not reviewed.
How to Opt Out of AI Use
Three simple steps. No forms to fight, no questions asked.

Written Confirmation
We confirm your request in writing and record it in your case file. The opt-out applies to all AI-assisted tools, including Claude, MyCase AI, and third-party connectors.
AI-Free Work Going Forward
From confirmation onward, your case is handled without AI assistance. Work completed before your request remains valid. Some tasks may take longer, but the quality and standard of your representation never change.
