Allan John Sharp, Jr. is a licensed attorney in Arizona and Michigan and serves as Lead Counsel at Libre Litigation Services Inc., where he focuses on criminal defense, appellate advocacy, and post-conviction litigation. Allan earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he developed a deep respect for the rule of law and a principled approach to legal advocacy. His academic achievement reflects both discipline and intellectual rigor — qualities that continue to define his legal practice.
Throughout his career, Allan has successfully handled cases at every stage of litigation, from trial-level proceedings through appeals and post-conviction review. He is known for navigating complex procedural issues, identifying constitutional violations, and crafting effective legal strategies designed to achieve meaningful results for his clients.

Brandon Diaz is a Post-Conviction Case Strategist & Advocate with a dedicated background in post-conviction and appellate litigation. He began his legal career through the paralegal pathway, working directly on complex post-conviction cases involving wrongful convictions, constitutional violations, and excessive sentences.
Through this work, Brandon has developed extensive experience in case development, record review, client advocacy, and litigation coordination — playing a key role in supporting post-conviction litigation through legal research, drafting, case organization, client communication, and ensuring procedural accuracy in complex filings.
Brandon is in the process of obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), building a strong foundation in constitutional law, criminal justice policy, and the structure of the American legal system. He is currently preparing for law school with the goal of becoming a licensed post-conviction litigator.
Driven by a deep belief that justice does not end at sentencing, Brandon is especially passionate about cases involving wrongful convictions, youth offenders, and unconstitutional sentencing.
